A full-floor commercial refurbishment delivered on a tight six-week schedule for a financial-services tenant.

We were appointed to strip out and refurbish a 12,000 sq ft office floor in Canary Wharf. The works covered partitioning, full redecoration, new flooring throughout, and a refreshed reception area. The project was phased to allow the client to remain partially operational, and handed over two days ahead of programme.
