- Use it in any way that violates applicable law or regulation.
- Transmit unsolicited commercial communications.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site.
- Introduce malware, viruses or other harmful material.
3. Services
Enquiries submitted through this website constitute a request for a quote only and do not form a binding contract. A contract for services is formed only upon our written confirmation and receipt of any agreed deposit.
All services are subject to a separate written service agreement or scope of works document. In the event of any conflict, the written service agreement takes precedence.
4. Prices and payment
- All prices shown on this website are indicative and exclude VAT unless stated otherwise.
- Final pricing is confirmed in writing before work commences.
- Payment terms are 14 days from invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- We reserve the right to suspend services for overdue invoices.
5. Package purchases (online)
Where you purchase a package (e.g. the Property Turnover Package) online via Stripe Checkout, the contract is formed at the point of successful payment. A receipt will be sent to the email address provided. Prices include all items listed in the package description and exclude additional services requested separately.
Cancellation within 14 days of purchase is available where work has not commenced. Once operatives have been deployed, cancellation fees apply as set out in the separate service agreement.

7. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Subject to the above, our total liability to you in connection with these terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant services in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always available on this page. Continued use of our website or services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
