Modern Slavery Statement

Introduction
This statement is made pursuant to Section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 on behalf of Bluelink Global Holding Ltd and its subsidiaries, including Bluelink Property Services Ltd and ISA SpaceNG Ltd.
Bluelink Global Holding Ltd is committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all its business dealings and to implementing and enforcing effective systems and controls to ensure modern slavery is not taking place in any part of our business or supply chains.
Our business
We operate in the property services, creative media, and technology consultancy sectors across the United Kingdom. Our workforce consists of directly employed operatives, subcontractors, and specialist tradespeople engaged on a contract or zero-hours basis.
Our supply chains
Our principal supply chains include cleaning products and equipment suppliers, building materials suppliers, technology hardware vendors, and freelance creative professionals. We procure primarily from UK-based suppliers.
Policies and due diligence
- All workers are engaged through lawful employment or contractor arrangements with right-to-work verification.
- We pay at or above the National Living Wage and do not make deductions for personal protective equipment.
- New suppliers are subject to basic due diligence including verification of labour practices.
- We have a whistleblowing procedure enabling staff to report concerns confidentially.
Training
Management and recruitment staff receive awareness training on the indicators of modern slavery and human trafficking. Operatives working in domestic properties are briefed on recognising and reporting signs of exploitation.

Approval
This statement has been approved by the board of directors of Bluelink Global Holding Ltd and will be reviewed annually.
