A full brand photography commission for the launch of a residential development in East London — covering architectural exteriors, interior styling, lifestyle sequences, and CGI-integration stills across multiple unit types and shared amenity spaces. The developer brief required a complete launch asset pack: imagery capable of carrying the development across website, digital advertising, print brochure, hoarding, and PR simultaneously. That placed a demand on the photography that went beyond standard residential stills — every image had to work both as a standalone asset and as part of a coherent visual campaign across formats that ranged from a 6-sheet outdoor poster to a 300x250 digital ad. ISA SpaceNG led the full production — art direction, styling, shoot scheduling, and post-processing — treating the commission as a campaign from the outset rather than a shoot-and-deliver job. Properties were staged and dressed to specification, with natural and supplementary lighting balanced to reflect the developer's positioning and target buyer profile. CGI integration was handled in post, with rendered unit types seamlessly composited with location photography to extend coverage beyond the physically completed units available at the time of shoot. The result was a complete launch pack delivered ahead of the sales launch date and used across all above-the-line and digital channels from day one.
