Terms of Engagement

These terms apply to ISA SpaceNG Ltd, registered in England and Wales (No. 87654321), part of Bluelink Global Holding Ltd. "ISA", "we" or "us" refers to ISA SpaceNG Ltd.

Submitting a contact form constitutes a request for information or a project brief only. It does not create a contractual obligation. A contract is formed only upon our written confirmation and receipt of any agreed advance payment or signed letter of engagement.

All creative output — including architectural drawings, photographs, films, and graphic designs — produced by ISA SpaceNG remains our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon payment, we grant you a non-exclusive licence for the agreed purposes as set out in the project brief or service agreement.

Portfolio usage rights: we retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio and promotional materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• All fees are quoted exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.
• Project fees are detailed in individual proposals or letters of engagement.
• Payment is due within 14 days of invoice unless otherwise agreed.
• Late payment may incur interest at 8% per annum above the Bank of England base rate under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts Act 1998.

Our proposals include a stated number of revision rounds. Work beyond this scope will be quoted separately. We are not obligated to undertake revisions that fall outside the agreed brief without additional compensation.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid for the relevant project. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or economic losses.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
