Ikechukwu Stephen Azionu is an Architect with over 15 years of hands-on experience delivering high-quality residential, commercial, landscape design and construction projects in West Africa.
He has a master's in Advanced Architectural Design from Oxford Brookes University, UK, with an interest in sustainable architectural designs and construction, real estate design and development, home automation, digital fabrication and cross-cultural design methodologies.
From a young age, was fascinated by how buildings shape the way people live, work, and connect. That curiosity grew into a lifelong passion for architecture and design, a journey that began in Enugu and has since taken him across Nigeria’s design and construction landscape.
He studied Architecture at the Enugu State University of Science and Technology, where he discovered a love for blending creativity with technical problem-solving. A formative internship with Podex Associates in Lagos introduced him to the realities of construction sites, client expectations, and the teamwork needed to bring designs to life.
Over the years, he has worked with respected studios like TMI Associates and Urbankraft Studios, contributing to projects that range from elegant residences to complex commercial spaces. Yet his most transformative experience came through Bluelink Nigeria Ltd, where he first joined as a project assistant and later returned as Managing Director. Leading Bluelink allowed him to explore a broader vision, one that connects architecture with real estate development, sustainability, agriculture, and community impact.
Today, he sees design not just as a profession but as a tool for solving real problems and improving the quality of life. His work reflects a commitment to thoughtful spaces, responsible development, and cross-cultural collaboration. Whether designing a home, planning a development, or guiding a project team, he brings heart, precision, and a sense of possibility to everything he does.
Krish Pandey
Creative and AI / IT Director / CTO
Krish Pandey is a technology-driven problem solver with a strong background in Artificial Intelligence, software development, and intelligent systems engineering. Currently pursuing a BSc in Artificial Intelligence at Oxford Brookes University, Krish combines technical expertise with innovation-focused thinking to develop modern digital and AI-powered solutions.
With experience across Python development, Machine Learning, Data Science, and software engineering, Krish has contributed to projects involving automation, intelligent applications, and real-world AI implementation. His technical capabilities span Python, Java, C++, HTML, React.js, and modern development platforms, enabling him to work across both backend systems and user-focused digital experiences.
Beyond software and AI, Krish contributes to autonomous systems research as part of the Oxford Brookes Racing Autonomous Team, collaborating with multidisciplinary engineering teams on autonomous vehicle technologies, AI integration, sensor data analysis, and system optimisation.
At Bluelink, Krish supports the group’s growing technology and innovation ecosystem through digital systems thinking, intelligent solutions development, and modern problem-solving strategies aligned with the future of infrastructure, media, and technology.
He has also built a good track record of successful deployments, workflow optimisation, and problem-solving that reinforces his passion for delivering the highest quality solutions across sectors like an AI-driven social media analytics models during the COVID19 pandemic, enhancing outbreak detection accuracy by 20%.
He is skilled in Python, NLP, TensorFlow, Scikit learn, R, SQL, Power BI, with ITIL and Oracle Developer training.
