A full IT infrastructure design, deployment, and managed services engagement for a 45-person professional services firm relocating to new London offices — covering network architecture, hardware specification, cloud migration, cybersecurity, and ongoing managed support. The firm had outgrown a legacy IT setup that had accumulated over several years without strategic oversight: mismatched hardware, an unsecured network, no formal backup or disaster recovery policy, and a support arrangement that responded to problems rather than preventing them. The relocation created the right moment to address all of it at once. ISA SpaceNG was appointed to lead the full IT transition — beginning with a complete audit of the existing environment and a gap analysis against the firm's operational and compliance requirements. From that baseline, a structured deployment plan was developed covering every layer of the infrastructure: physical network, server environment, end-user devices, cloud productivity platform, and security posture. Infrastructure Design and Deployment The new office network was designed from first principles: structured cabling, managed switching, enterprise-grade wireless, and a segmented network architecture separating client data, internal operations, and guest access. Server infrastructure was rationalised and migrated to a hybrid cloud model — reducing on-premises hardware dependency whilst retaining local performance for time-sensitive workloads. End-user devices were standardised, configured to a corporate baseline, and enrolled in a device management platform. The migration from the legacy environment was executed across a single weekend with zero working-day downtime. Cybersecurity A full cybersecurity framework was implemented as a core component of the deployment — not a retrofit. This covered endpoint protection, email security, multi-factor authentication across all platforms, privileged access management, and a formal backup and disaster recovery policy tested against defined RTOs. The firm's cyber insurance premium reduced following the engagement. Managed Services ISA SpaceNG now manages the firm's entire IT environment on a retained basis — monitoring, patching, incident response, helpdesk, and strategic IT advisory. The relationship is structured as a partnership rather than a break-fix contract: ISA attends quarterly business reviews, advises on technology procurement, and manages the IT component of all future office or operational changes. Scope of Engagement — Full audit of existing IT environment and gap analysis — Network design: structured cabling, managed switching, enterprise wireless, segmented architecture — Server rationalisation and hybrid cloud migration — End-user device standardisation, configuration, and MDM enrolment — Cybersecurity: endpoint, email, MFA, PAM, backup and DR policy — Zero-downtime weekend migration from legacy environment — Ongoing managed services: monitoring, patching, helpdesk, incident response, strategic advisory
