The migration from the legacy environment was executed across a single weekend with zero working-day downtime. Cybersecurity A full cybersecurity framework was implemented as a core component of the deployment — not a retrofit. This covered endpoint protection, email security, multi-factor authentication across all platforms, privileged access management, and a formal backup and disaster recovery policy tested against defined RTOs. The firm's cyber insurance premium reduced following the engagement.
