Terms of Engagement

These terms apply to Bluelink AI Technologies Ltd, a subsidiary of Bluelink Global Holdings Ltd, registered in England and Wales (No. [AITL_REG]). "Bluelink AI", "we" or "us" refers to Bluelink AI Technologies Ltd.

Submitting a contact form constitutes a request for information only. It does not create a contractual obligation. Access to the platform for pilot or paying customers is governed by a separate written agreement.

All software, algorithms, datasets, methodologies and technical processes underlying the Bluelink AI Technologies platform are our proprietary intellectual property. Access to the platform does not transfer ownership of any underlying technology.

Platform outputs (including development scenarios, design options, cost estimates and risk flags) are provided as decision-support information for review by qualified professionals. They do not constitute architectural, structural, planning or financial advice, and must be independently verified before being relied upon.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Subject to the above, our total liability to you in connection with these terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
