- Platform usage data — where applicable, property, project and usage data submitted to the platform by pilot customers, under a separate data processing agreement.
- Analytics data — anonymous page-view data via Plausible and Google Analytics.
- Technical data — IP address, browser type, and device information.
3. How we use your data
- To respond to enquiries and prepare proposals (Legitimate Interests).
- To operate the platform for pilot and paying customers (Contract).
- To improve our website and platform through aggregated analytics (Legitimate Interests).
We do not sell your personal data.
4. Retention
- Enquiries — 2 years from date of contact.
- Client and financial records — 7 years (legal requirement).
5. Third-party processors
- Resend — email delivery.
- Vercel / Neon — hosting and database infrastructure.
- Google reCAPTCHA — bot-detection on contact forms.
6. Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete or object to processing of your personal data. Email enquiries@bluelinkglobalholding.co.uk to exercise any right. You may also complain to the ICO.
